The Challenge

Designing and developming an Industry 4.0 web platform for:
• Remote monitoring of the machines installed at the sites of the network of customers
• Analysing the history of the data of the operating machines so as to implement a predictive policy of possible malfunctions
• Analysing the data related to machine usage by users in order to obtain customer profiling and implement marketing initiatives

 

The solution

Cosmoline Monitor

Designing and developing a web platform for industry 4.0 that enables data collection and remote monitoring of machines for cosmetic treatments installed at the sites of the network of customers.

The Cosmoline Monitor web platform enables:
• The collection and management of Big Data produced by sensors installed on the machines
• The remote monitoring of the operating status of machines installed at the customers sites
• The historical analysis of the data of the operating machines so as to implement a predictive policy of possible malfunctions
• The analysis of data related to machine usage by users in order to obtain customer profiling and implement marketing initiatives
• The data integration with corporate ERP and CRM information systems and data analysis
